Chief John Agboola Odeyemi MFR, FCA. Chief John Agboola Odeyemi is the Obasewa of Ile-Ife and Bobajiro of Iloko-Ijesha and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA) and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (CIMA) UK. He has served on the Boards of different organizations, such as: Chairman, Refuge Insurance Company Limited, Director, SOWSCO Well Services Limited, (Cementing, Well-Head Maintenance etc) and Former Director, Lead Bank PLC. He is currently the Chairman of Ecobank PLC. In recognition of his wealth of experience, he received several public and institutional appointments such as: President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). National President, Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA). Member, National Council on Privatization. Member, Presidential Committee on the Assessment and Monitoring of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGS). Delegate to the National Political Reform Conference 2005. Chairman, Nigerian Accounting Standards Board 1990 – 1995. Current Vice President, Bank Directors Association of Nigeria.

Mr. Olugbolahan Mark-George LLB, ACII. A financial services’ professional with about two decades of experience in venture capital, international finance, insurance and investment management. He has proven ability in project management, financial advisory services and investment risk appraisal. Good knowledge and understanding of the local and international money and capital markets. His work experience spanned both Nigeria and the U.K. He studied law at the University of Wolverhampton University. United Kingdom, and is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute London.

Mr. Samuel Akintunde Olumuyiwa Odejayi FCA, F.IoD, mni. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Directors of Nigeria where he serves as a member of the Governing Council. He is a member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies,(NIPSS) Kuru (mni). He has worked and served in various organizations at Executive Director and Chief Executive levels, among which are Stabilini Visinoni Limited, Apapa Oshodi Expressway as Acting Chief Executive and Agbara Estate Limited, Ogun State the largest and pioneer township development company in Nigeria as Managing Director.

Engr. (NZE) Aaron Ogo Nwodika MNSE, MNIM. The Executive Director (Operations), is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also registered with the Council on the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. He has over 30 years experience in electrical engineering installation and project management. Before joining the company, he had worked for NEPA( now Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN)) and Mobil Oil( Nigeria )Plc..

Chief Akinola Odeyemi AMNIM, AM.IOD. He is the Executive Director (Business Development). He worked in Lead Bank Plc where he gained extensive experience in financial control, asset management and investment banking. He is also on the Board of JAO Investment Company Limited –An Investment Holding Company with diversified portfolio in Engineering Services, Real Estate, Oil and Gas Services, Banking and Financial Services. He is a graduate of Business Administration from Coventry University, United Kingdom and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Institute of Directors.

Engr. Emmanuel Adekola Adedeji Bsc Eng, MBA.
He is a graduate of the University of Ife, Ile-Ife and the University of Lagos, Akoka as well as a registered member of both Council on the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria and the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He worked with the Federal Ministry of Mines and Power and Siemens Nigeria Limited (now Eltec Nigeria Limited.). He has served the Company diligently as the Executive Director( Business Development). He has over 30 years post- graduation experience and is now a Business Development Consultant to the company.

Emmanuel Akpan Inyang ACA.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN) and an Higher National Diploma graduate of Kaduna Polytechnic. He has served on the management team of the Company since 1991 and is presently the Financial Controller of the Company.

Engr. Olatunji Adewunmi Elugbadebo H.Dip, MNSE.
This member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is the Regional Director (North). He studied Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (combined) at both Hackney College, London and Willesdon College, London. Before joining the company he worked with Photographic Limited (London) as Electrical Engineer. He has more than 29 years of experience in engineering installations and services.

Engr. Clement Ileola Aishida HND, MNSE.
He is a graduate of Ibadan Polytechnic and Yaba College of Technology.
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Council on the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is an engineer with over 30 years experience. He had worked with Drake and Scul Limited and Edison and Group Partnership in the past. Presently, he is the General Manager (Commercial Services) of the company.

Mr. Rasheed Aremu Adeyeni.
He has been a registered member of the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Technician Engineers of the United Kingdom since 1975 and has had extensive site exposure spanning over 30 years both locally and in the United Kingdom. He is presently the AGM (Operations) in the company.

Mr. Jamiyu Y. Nasiru ( B.sc., ACA, AMNIM, ANCS).
A 1992 graduate of Computer Science / Statistics (combined), University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Presently, our Finance Manager, he has more than fifteen years of valuable experience spanning Audit, Telecoms/IT and Manufacturing Sectors of the economy.
He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, The Institute of Management (Chartered) and The Nigeria Computer Society.

Mr. Clement Sunday Banjo HND.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Yaba College of Technology. Having worked with Cazzo Nigeria Ltd, Accme Construction Company Ltd, Uren Nigeria Ltd and Nigeria National Paper Mill,Iwopin, Ogun State, he joined the company in 1983 and is presently the Contracts Manager.

Mr. Samuel Jimoh Ajayi, B.Eng.
A 1986 graduate of University of Benin with B. Eng( Production Engineering), is the Business Development Engineer. He has worked with Nigerian Paper Mill Limited, Jebba, PRL Productions Limited, Satellite Town, Lagos, and Eleganza Industries Limited,Ikeja before joining the company. He has experience in procurement, installation,maintenance and servicing of pumps, compressors, elevators, water treatment plant, heat exchangers, process equipment etc, as well as maintenance and supervision of factories.

Mr. Gabriel Sijuwade Adeniran.
He has a C&G(Final) Certificate in Plumbing. He is a member of the London Education Association for Plumbing. He has had about 30 years comprehensive exposure under both expatriates and Nigerian experts.He is the Senior Project Manager (Mechanical).

Mr. Isaac Olufemi. Elemese HND.
He holds the HND (Electrical Engineering) Certificate of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, City and Guilds of London( Intermediate) Certificate. He worked in International Breweries Limited, Ilesha, Directorate of Foods, Roads and Rural Infrastructure and Dazoja Engineering Company Limited, Isolo, before joining the company in 1993. He works as a Commercial Engineer.

Mr. Jeremiah Adewuyi Adegbaju HND, PGD.
.The company’s Quantity Surveyor, graduated from Osun State Polytechnic, Esa-Oke, Osun State; Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo and Federal University of Technology Akure, where he obtained his National Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND) and Post-Graduate Diploma (PGD) respectively in Quantity Survey. He is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Mr. Awokunle Ganiyu Alabi HND.
He graduated from Federal Polytechnic, Offa, where he obtained HND( Electrical/Electronics Engineering). He worked in Kandelite Engineering Company Limited, Agbara and Nigerian Railway Corporation where he gained experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Air Conditioning installations, services and Design.He joined the company as an Estimator.

Engr. Fatunbi Olusoji Pedro B.Eng, MNSE.
He is a graduate of University of Ilorin with a B.Eng( Electrical Engineering) and a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. He worked with Peugeot Automobile (Nigeria)Limited, Kaduna, Mother Cat (Nigeria) Limited and Endev Associates, Kaduna, where he gained experience in electrical services, project design and management before joining the company as an Electrical Design Engineer.

Ajekigbe Oduntan B. Eng.
He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State and a graduate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He has experience in GSM, BTS Installations, Configuration and Maintenance. He has worked with Lobatex Telecommunications (NITEL PROJECT), Bell & Bell Telecoms Ltd (MTN & Celtel Projects) and Barleyfield Nig Ltd for about 5 years before joining JKN Limited as a Project Engineer (Telecoms).

Mr. Monsuru Hassan Olatunde HND.
He graduated from Yaba College of Technology in 2004 with an HND(Mechanical Engineering). He also has WAEC Technical Craft and Advanced Certificates in Plumbing, and passed Trade Tests III, II and I. Having worked with Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company, Lagos, for several years, he has experience in mechanical services, project design and management. Currently, he serves as Mechanical Supervisor in Operations Department of our Company.

Mr. Samuel Badejoko Okubadejo HND, ACA.
He obtained HND in Accounting at Anambra State Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State (now Federal Polytechnic, Oko) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He had worked with Indequip West Africa Limited, Lagos and Wema Bank PLC before joining the company. He has over 20 years working experience and is presently the Senior Accountant of the company.

Mr. Gbenga Ebenezer Agboola B.Sc.
He is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Bida and a B.Sc(Accounting )degree holder from the University of Lagos. He worked with Ondo State Water Corporation, Akure,Ondo State Ministry of Rural Development and Water Resources and Eternal Oil and Gas Plc, Lagos before joining the company in 2002 as Personal Assistant to the MD/CEO.

Mr. Percy Ibitoye HND, PGD, MBA.
He is a 2002 PGD(Engineering) holder from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the University of Calabar.With about seven years requisite engineering experience obtained at Ubc Services Inc, I.H.S (Nig) Ltd and Hademec Ltd, he joined the company as an Estimator.

Mr. Lekan Ogunlela B.Tech.
He obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2004. Thereafter, he worked with Citymatrix Nigeria Limited with experience in Business Development, Tendering/Estimating and Site Supervision. He joined the company as a Business Analyst.

Mr.Samuel O.Ogunshola HND.
A 1997 Mechanical/Production Engineering graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic with 10 years experience in Building Services , he worked with Asonic Associates, Abuja, Ekcel Konsultants, and Hademec Ltd Lagos, before joining JKN Limited as Contracts Manager(Mechanical) .

Engr.Kola Sam Oyeleye,HND,PGD,MBA,MNIOB.
He graduated from Kwara State Polytechnic in 1992 with an HND(Building Technology) and later obtained a PGD and an MBA ,both in Project Management Technology, from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He had about 17 years cognate experience in different companies before joining JKN Limited as Contacts Manager(Building).

Engr. Nwachi Bosede HND,MNIOB.
She graduated from Osun State College of Technology in 1999 with HND in Building Technology. She is also a corporate member of Nigeria Institute of Building. She worked with Sparklight Engineering Company Ltd, Royban (Nigeria) Ltd and Skyymark Construction Company Ltd before joining JKN Limited as Building Supervisor.

Koleola Adesoji Adenuga BSc.
Mr Adenuga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, having graduated from University of Lagos in 1987. He has considerable experience in the building services industry covering design and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems. He worked with Systime Engineering ,Almog Engineering and Nairda before joining JKN Limited as Senior Contracts Manager(Mechanical).
