We DESIGN,CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, MAINTAIN AND REPAIR and have since 1962 carried out these specialized works throughout the federation.

• ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGNS AND INSTALLATION

High Voltage Electrical Power Systems, Residential/Industrial Electrical Systems,         Rural Electrification Networks, Testing and Commissioning, Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Lightning Prevention and Earthling Systems.

• OVERHEAD POWER TRANSMISSION DESIGN AND INSTALLATION

         Overhead power transmission lines 132/33/11KV substations.

• MECHANICAL PIPING/PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS

Plumbing and Industrial Piping of liquid and gases, Water Storage and Distribution,   Swimming Pools, Water Treatment, Kitchen Equipment, Sewage Treatment, Fire      Fighting Hydrants and Sprinkler Systems.

• AIR-CONDITIONING, VENTILATION, REFRIGERATION DESIGN AND INSTALLATIONS

Design, Installation, Repairs, maintenance and Commissioning of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems, Supply of A/C Equipment and Spare Parts.

• FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

We manage facilities such as electrical, water services, sewage, gas-line and Air-conditioning systems in buildings.  To this end, we provide spare parts and labour for maintaining essential services in building.

As a back-up, we have well equipped Engineering Workshop in our Ilasamaja Head    Office, where we rewind defective alternators, compressors, transformers and Overhaul engines.  We fabricate sheet metals for cable trays and air-conditioning ducts.

Our association with overseas buying houses and manufacturers ensures our timely delivery of required spare parts.

• MAINTENANCE OF PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEXES

Refinery maintenance, servicing of vessel pipe works, descaling, application of paints to prevent chemical reactions on marine structures and refinery complexes.

• PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES

We have many products associates and are therefore able to supply with minimum delivery period all Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Air-conditioning and telecommunication materials.  We also supply service spare parts.

• INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT/BUILDING/CIVIL WORKS

We are actively involved as a contractor,developer or co-developer in the provision of infrastructure including, but not limited to, construction of up to 4- floor buildings, borehole drilling,water storage and distribution networks,water and sewage treatment, drainage construction, rural electrification, overhead power transmission and substation works for housing estates,etc.
