Once contract is signed, we initiate and set up & charter the project management team. The kick-off is done and planning process follows immediately. Planning output are delivered to our customer for review and approval.

We at JKN can handle the itemized services in the telecom engineering world as a turnkey project or subturnkey project.

SITE AQUSITION AND TECHNICAL SITE SURVEY

The network topology of the Telecom company and the co-ordinates of the proposed site is located and the land or property space would be bought out rightly  or leased from the land owner, while the survey & plan is drawn out and permit is sought from the Government agencies and after securing the place is transferred to the PTO to build its site at an agreed profitable price.
WE undertake BTS site built which could be a Roof top, quick site or Green Field.
The civil works in site for BTS sites includes but not limited to, Palisade Fence/Gate, Retaining wall, Tower  Foundation which could be RAFT, PAD & COLUMN, PILLING type.
Construction of Access roads to the site where the site is not accessible.

SHELTER ASSEMBLY

We have expertise in Assembly of shelter on site and from our warehouse and transport it to the site for installation
We also do the shelter reticulation

We can supply all the components/accessories of shelter.
We have affiliation with our suppliers/collaborators oversea to import the shelter Isothermal body parts also including the Rectifier, AVR, while we would just assemble it here in Nigeria

RIGGING OF TOWER

We undertake rigging of Towers from the Roof Top of 9 meters to Green Field Towers of 90 meters and above including the Antenna poles for the GSM antenna and the Microwave antenna.
We also produce the Microwave antenna poles locally and the anchor base of roof top towers.
We also have affiliation with our suppliers/collaborators overseas to import from oversea different types of towers ranging from Quick site towers, four legged, Tripod towers for turnkey site.

 



RF & TRANSMISSION WORK

We undertake the installation of Radio Frequency and Microwave Antenna and connecting them via the Radio Frequency cables to the BTS equipment .
We install cable Tray/Ladder for the RF cable.
We do the sweep test for the RF antenna installed.
We undertake optimization for the network .

POWER SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS

:: We undertake locally in Nigeria  the construction of Meter Box Panel, AVR Panel, AMF Panel, Low Voltage Panel for Distribution Board of various capacity through our sister company Cutler Hammer Nigeria Limited.
We also supply and install High Tension lines and Distribution Transformers for sub-stations. We have  collaboration  with a reputable transformer supplying companies that supply us with good quality transformer.
We also supply and install the Diesel Generator for BTS site Power supply.

BTS SITE MAINTANANCE

Apart from site building, JKN Limited is very competent to handle all sorts of BTS Site Maintenance, with our network of branches nation wide and our expertise in Engineering.
We could do that by servicing diesel Generator, shelter reticulation maintenance ,weed killing, providing solutions to all sort of electrical challenges in the BTS site.
Although BTS site has alarm monitoring systems but they are not as detailed as expected such as remote    monitoring the actual diesel quantity in each BTS from the NMC.
We at JKN has the capacity to Install and maintain system that can remotely monitor  the actual diesel quantity in each BTS using digital floating switch with analog output and a Programmable ADC SIM-Modular system that  can show  the actual diesel quantity in our NMC or the Operator NMC.
We can also install and maintain a remote sensor for all the alarms using Programmable ADC SIM-Modular for the  purpose of maintaining the BTS for the Operator.
